"The best controller I've come across..."
This is the best controller I've come across that offers a broad range of temperature and power! Programming it is a breeze, whether you want it for heaters to turn on/off or to operate based on the time of day. The design is sturdy for both the housing and the cables.
Just a heads up, the controller activates heat when it drops (default) 1C/2F below the desired temperature, and it shuts off right at the set point!

"Letdown all around"
I was really let down by how long it took to get my unit. I placed the order on 8/31, but it didn’t arrive until 9/14. It took a whole 13 days just to begin shipping from the Mableton, Georgia location. That doesn’t seem very focused on the customer, if you ask me.

"Useless warranty"
The thermostat quit functioning after just 10 months, but Inkbird refuses to uphold the one-year warranty since they didn’t sell it to us directly. The seller also won’t back the warranty, claiming it’s a 'manufacturer's warranty'.

The ordering experience was a bit rocky, not as smooth as I had hoped. I couldn't use my MasterCard for the purchase... had to go with PayPal instead.

"Confused About What I'm Responding To..."
I'm a bit lost on what I'm supposed to reply to since everything's in German. I believe it's about the pond remote thermometer. If that's the case, I'm really fond of it! I even lent it to my pool association so they can check the water temp, 'cause they always seem clueless about it... No clue what I'm agreeing to down there...
